 Key Account Sales Support - Pre-Sale

 PURPOSE

The Key Account Sales Support Specialist (pre-sale) primary role is to assist in the design, creation, and delivery of sales programs that will result in expansion of our key Accounts sales. This role creates sales presentations and prepares marketing materials to present to mass merchants for retail merchandizing programs.  To develop and work with international vendors on sourcing, sampling, and testing protocols.  Understand and process new programs to meet retailers' vendor guidelines and regulations.  Create new products while focusing on market trends and competitive pricing.  Work with all facets of the organization; Sales, Ecommerce, Logistics, Product Development, Accounting, China and the Executive team.

 RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Collect and review sell through data and operation challenges, works with sale team and post team to complete project post-Morton analysis as needed.
  • Work with sale team on custom products project preparation, communicate with factories to confirm samples, price and production plan
  • Coordinate with inside support staff, importing and our China manufacturing facility to successfully process and ship all major orders following customer requirements.
  • Manage layouts and designing of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures.
  • Supporting cross-functional team by pricing direction, new product launch strategies and product positioning.
  • Participate in marketing and sales team as a member.
  • Arrange necessary aids for speaking and attending presentations and giving feedbacks to the speaker.
  • Work with our Creative team to create new product presentations for sales team.
  • Report weekly to team and department manager on all open projects.
  • Create and deliver marketing and sales materials to sales reps for presentations on company products to national accounts to increase sales
  • Work with logistic on domestic and international orders to include document preparation. 
  • Understanding of order receipt process through various EDI portals.

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field. Masters' Degree in International Business or Marketing preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience.
  • Strong MS Office skills with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Familiar with and functional in Photoshop, Adobe Creative and MAC preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin required.
  • Travel is required throughout the year to various Trade Shows and large sales presentations.
